# Your data and your rights

## What we keep

- **Your account:** name and sign-in email.
- **Billing details** you enter at checkout: mobile number, billing address and optional GSTIN, plus your payments and invoices.
- **Your businesses** and the public Google reviews imported for them, and your widget designs.

We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank logins; payments are handled by Razorpay.

## Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to:

- **access** the personal data we hold about you,
- **correct** or update it,
- **delete** your account and data (subject to the tax records we must legally keep),
- **nominate** someone to exercise these rights for you.

## How to make a request

Email **support@reviewpine.com** from your account's email address and say what you need. We confirm your identity and respond within the time the law requires.

## If you are not satisfied

- **In India:** contact our Grievance Officer at **anjaney@ainygo.com**. Details are on our [grievance redressal](https://reviewpine.com/grievance) page.
- **In the EU or UK:** you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). Your rights under the GDPR are listed in our [privacy notice](https://reviewpine.com/privacy#rights).
