Cancel auto-renew

You can switch off auto-renew at any time, with no calls and no forms.

Steps#

1. Open Billing.
2. Under Current plan, click Cancel auto-renew.
3. Confirm with Turn off auto-renew.

What happens next#

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The end date is shown under Billing.
• Your widgets keep showing reviews until then.
• No further payments are taken.
• After the end date, your widgets show a small notice instead of reviews until you renew. Your businesses, designs and embed codes are all kept.
• We email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before the end date.

Changed your mind?#

From Billing you can Turn auto-renew back on (nothing is charged until your end date) or Renew now with a one-time payment. Either way the new year starts when the current one ends. See renew your plan.

Cancelling from your UPI app or bank#

You can also cancel the autopay mandate from your UPI app or bank. Please switch auto-renew off in your account as well, so our records match.

Note: Switching auto-renew off does not trigger a refund for the current period. See refunds.
