Your data and your rights

What we keep#

• Your account: name and sign-in email.
• Billing details you enter at checkout: mobile number, billing address and optional GSTIN, plus your payments and invoices.
• Your businesses and the public Google reviews imported for them, and your widget designs.

We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank logins; payments are handled by Razorpay.

Your rights#

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• correct or update it,
• delete your account and data (subject to the tax records we must legally keep),
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

How to make a request#

Email [email protected] from your account's email address and say what you need. We confirm your identity and respond within the time the law requires.

If you are not satisfied#

• In India: contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. Details are on our grievance redressal page.
• In the EU or UK: you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). Your rights under the GDPR are listed in our privacy notice.
