No reviews found for my business
Why an import can finish without reviews, and what to do next.
You will see No reviews found when Google has no public reviews for the listing you added, or when they could not be read at that moment.
What to do#
- Check the listing on Google Maps. Does it show reviews publicly? New businesses may not have any yet.
- Make sure it is the right listing. Businesses with similar names are easy to mix up.
- Click Try again on the business's progress page. You can try a few times a day.
No reviews yet?#
A widget needs at least one review to show. Share your Google review link with a few happy customers, then try again once the first review is published.
