Move to a smaller plan

You cannot move to a smaller plan in the middle of a paid year, because you have already paid for the larger one. You can switch when your current plan ends.

1. Open Billing and click Cancel auto-renew so the current plan does not renew.
2. Before the end date, make sure your businesses fit the smaller plan. If needed, remove the businesses you no longer need.
3. When the plan has ended, open Billing and purchase the smaller plan.

Your remaining businesses, widgets and embed codes are kept, so your website shows reviews again as soon as the new plan is active.
