• Highest rated: best reviews first.
• Lowest rated: useful internally, rarely on a live site.

Minimum review length#

Hide star-only ratings and very short reviews:

• Any (incl. rating-only)
• Has text
• 50+, 100+ or 200+ characters

Max reviews#

Show everything, or cap the widget at 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 or 500 reviews.

Pinned reviews#

Pinned reviews always show first, in the order you pin them, whatever the other settings.

1. Search by reviewer name or words in the review.
2. Click the pin next to the reviews you want to feature.
3. Pinned reviews appear in the order you pin them. To change the order, unpin and pin again. You can pin up to 10.

Tip: Pin two or three detailed reviews that mention what you want new customers to know, for example "on time", "clean" or "great value".

A note on honesty#

Filtering helps you show your most helpful reviews. Every review shown is a real Google review, and the widget always links back to Google, where visitors can read them all.
