Rename or delete a widget
Give a widget a clear name, or delete one you no longer need, and what visitors see afterwards.
Rename#
Open the widget in the customiser, click its name at the top, type a new one and click Save & publish. Names are only visible to you.
Delete#
- Open Manage Widgets.
- Click the bin icon next to the widget.
- Confirm with Delete widget.
Anywhere that widget is still embedded, visitors see a small "expired or removed" notice instead of reviews. Remove the embed code from your website too.
Deleting a widget cannot be undone, but you can create a new one at any time. Other widgets for the same business are not affected.
