Your dashboard explained
The dashboard turns your Google reviews into clear numbers: rating, new reviews, rating mix, what customers praise and which reviews need a reply.
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. Everything on it is worked out from your Google reviews. It does not track your website visitors.
Choosing a business#
If you have more than one business, use the selector at the top to switch between All businesses and any single business. Every number on the page updates instantly.
What each part shows#
| Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Google rating | Your overall star rating and total review count, as shown on Google. |
| New reviews | Reviews received in the last 30 days, compared with the 30 days before. |
| Happy customers | The share of reviews that are 4 or 5 stars. |
| Written reviews | The share of reviews that include text, not just stars. |
| Review momentum | A 12-month chart of how many reviews arrived each month and their average rating. |
| Rating mix | How your reviews split across 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 star. |
| Topics | Words customers use most in happy reviews, and in critical ones. Works for English and Hindi reviews. |
| Spotlight | A strong recent 5-star review, ideal to pin in a widget or share. |
| Needs attention | Recent reviews of 3 stars or less, so you can reply on Google. |
| Leaderboard | With several businesses, how each one compares. |
Good to know: The headline rating and total come straight from Google. Charts such as the rating mix are based on the newest reviews held in your account, and the page says how many.
Before your first widget#
Until you have a widget, the dashboard also shows a short How it works guide with the next step to take.
